3D Visualization

The best way to help a client understand a design is through the use of 3D views tailored to them. The 3D view will be able to show them how certain colours, materials, and designs will look like in their home/office. To accompany the 3D views are also material boards that will allow the clients to see and feel the real materials first hand.

Photoshopped Elevations

For important areas like a design table or wall, photoshopped elevations or modeling will help the client understand all the small details in the space. Elevations will be drawn and the materials used will be photoshopped in so that the client will be able to easily visualize the design. Reference pictures will also be provided to aid the client’s understanding as well.

Material Boards

During the design meeting, a presentation deck will be shown to the client. The deck will include 3D views, photoshopped elevations, and modeling. Material boards with 3D views are also prepared for the client to touch and see which material they prefer. Catalogues are also available for them to choose from should they not like the proposals.

Material Selection

During the meeting, the final materials will be finalized. A document will be sent after the meeting for client’s confirmation. This will help provide a clear picture for both client and designer to understand what are the materials that will be used. In addition, if there is a need to see more samples. Another meeting can be scheduled or it can be sent to the site for the client to view them on their own accord.
